What’s new?
You can now create add-on services to recommend extra treatments during online booking.
Add-ons appear while customers are booking their main service, making it easy to upsell complementary options (with an optional discount).
Add-ons are shown only during online booking and won’t appear when you book appointments internally.
Why we’ve added it: Add-ons help you increase average booking value while improving the customer experience. By suggesting relevant extras at the right moment, customers can easily customise their appointment.
Where to find it:
Add-ons are set up and managed in your Web App.
Enable a service as an add-on
To allow a service to be used as an add-on you will need to edit the service (or create a new one).
In the Details tab, select one of the add-on modes:
Your add-ons will appear in the Add-ons tab, where you can edit or remove them at any time.
